MDI Gurgaon begins phase 2 of online PGDM admission; apply by January 6

NEW DELHI: Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon has commenced the second phase of admissions for its two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) online programme. As per the schedule, the MDI Gurgaon online PGDM registration window will remain available till January 6, 2025. Interested students can apply for MDI Gurgaon online PGDM 2025 through the official website, mdi.ac.in.
The MDI Gurgaon online PGDM is designed for working professionals and is an AICTE-approved program that enables individuals to earn a postgraduate management qualification from a globally recognised institution without taking a break from their careers.

Access to MDI-G library, career guidance
The two-year online PGDM is both AICTE-approved and AMBA-accredited. It offers an immersive campus immersion experience of 8 to 10 days, providing opportunities for networking and learning, as well as optional international immersion for global exposure.
Participants will have the chance to connect with peers and industry professionals, fostering valuable relationships that support career growth. Students will also have remote access to the MDI-G library and receive comprehensive career guidance. The program encourages student-driven activities, including sports and cultural events, enhancing the overall educational experience.
Scholarships of Rs 10,000 for top 2 students
To motivate excellence, Rs 10,000 scholarships will be awarded to the top two students in each of the first eight modules. This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
The first year of the online PGDM program consists of eight modules, each spanning six weeks, and covers fundamental courses that provide a comprehensive understanding of management.
In the second year, students will be able to personalise their learning experience by selecting electives from specialised fields such as Accounting and Finance, Operations Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior and HRM, Information Management, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, and Energy Management.
The final module is centered around a capstone dissertation, offering students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to real-world business challenges. Overall, the program is designed to foster a global perspective and leadership abilities, equipping students with valuable skills for long-term success in their careers.
MDI Gurgaon online PGDM 2025: Eligibility criteria
- Candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both Class 10, 12.
- A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of full-time work experience (as of December 31, 2024), excluding internships and apprenticeships.
- Proficiency in English is required for candidates
- After an initial application review, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
