NEW DELHI: The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has released a tentative schedule for MH CET law counselling 2021, for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses. The MH CET law counselling or Centralized Admission Process (CAP) is the last stage of the admission process during which the CET qualified candidates are allotted law colleges based on their performance in the MH CET law 2021.

Before the counselling, the CET Cell will release the admission brochures for both law programmes on November 12. The admission brochure will carry the detailed process of participating in the Centralized Admission Process along with other details such as reservation policy, seats etc.
Candidates willing to participate in the CAP 2021 will should have the following documents
Birth certificate
MH CET law 2021 Admit Card
Marksheet of qualifying examination
Scorecard of MH CET law 2021 (To download CET scorecard - Click here)
Domicile certificate
PwD certificate (if applicable)
Caste certificate (if admission is sought under reserved category)
The CET counselling for MH CET law 5-year LLB will start with online registration for CAP on November 22, 2021, in online mode. During the MH CET law CAP 2021 registration, candidates will have to submit the documents as mentioned in the admission brochure. An expert committee will verify the documents submitted by the candidates, following which, an alphabetical merit list wil be published on December 07, 2021.
The first seat allotment for MH CET law 5-year LLB will be announced on December 20, 2021. Candidates included in the first seat allotment will have to report at the allotted law college and complete the admission process by submitting the documents and course fees.
The second round of MH CET law 2021 counselling for 5-year LLB will commence on December 29, 2021. The seat allotment for this round will be released on January 18.
The MH CET law CAP 2021 for 3-year LLB will start on November 29, 2021. It will also be conducted in online mode. The counselling process will be similar to 5-year LLB CAP and will involve steps such as online registration, document submission, verification, seat allotment and others.
The first seat allotment for 3-year LLB will be announced on December 30, 2021. Candidates included in the list will have to complete the admission process by visiting the allotted law college.
The second round of counselling for MH CET law 3-year LLB will commence on January 08, 2021. The seat allocation list will be published on January 31, 2021.

At the end of the counselling, the colleges participating in MH CET law 2021 will conduct an institutional round for admission to vacant seats. It will be conducted from January 28, 2021, for 5-year LLB courses and from February 09, 2021, for admission to the 3-year LLB programme.
The cut-off date for admission to 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes will be February 11 and February 22, 2022, respectively.
