Only such candidates who register for MH CET law CAP 2021 will be considered for admission to law colleges participating in the process.
The CET Cell will verify the documents submitted by candidates before releasing the allotment list. Candidates who are found eligible based on the given criteria will be included in the MH CET law merit lists. Candidates will be shortlisted for admission based on merit cum preference criteria. Therefore, it is clear that merely participating in CAP does not mean the candidate will get admission to any law college.
Candidates who could not register for a given round of counselling will have the opportunity to participate in the next round of counselling. Also, the candidates who have been allotted the law colleges will have the option to accept the allotment or to update their preferences and participate in the next round of counselling.
If vacant seats are available, the law colleges will conduct an institutional round at the end of the counselling.
