NEW DELHI: In response to the complaints received from parents and candidates, the State CET Cell, Maharashtra has revised the seat allocation for MH CET law 2021 for 5-year LLB. It has asked the candidates to give their seat acceptance again from MH CET law counselling portal - llb5.hepravesh.in. Candidates can check their seat allotment status online by logging into the counselling portal.

The notification released by CET Cell reads, “Candidates are requested to give their seat acceptance again from their own login. Those candidates, who have already paid Rs. 1000 as seat acceptance fee, will not have to pay again. Candidates are also requested to please download your revised allotment letter and inform to college."
The CET Cell had announced the first round of seat allocation for MH CET law 2021 for 5-year LLB on December 21, 2021. Later, it received e-mails from three candidates mentioning that the higher merit in Gujrathi Minority Quota was left out of allocation.
Some candidates who had filled dual minority were also not considered for allocation. In response to such discrepancies, the CET Cell has published the new allocation considering the linguistic and religious minority status of the candidates.

Candidates can check their individual seat allocation by using their application ID and logging into the portal. The college wise revised allocation lists are also available on the official counselling portal.
Candidates who accept the seat allocation can report to the allotted law college by December 24, 2021. They will have to submit their original documents and course fee at the time of admission
Candidates seeking betterment and willing to participate in the second round of counselling can check the status of college wise vacant seats on December 28, 2021. The registrations for the second round of CET counselling will commence on December 29, 2021, and the alphabetical merit list will be published on January 07, 2022.
