The authorities have announced MHT CET 2021 application form release date, MHT CET syllabus 2021 and exam pattern, exam timing, eligibility criteria, etc. through MHT CET 2021 prospectus. The authorities will be conducting Maharashtra CET at almost all the district headquarters in Maharashtra. The exam will also be conducted at the capital districts of the selected states like Bihar, Chattisgarh, Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
MHT CET 2021: Eligibility criteria
The MHT CET eligibility criteria requires candidates to have passed HSC or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and an additional subject with minimum marks as given below.

For candidates of general category - 45%

For candidates of backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra - 40%
The authorities had released MHT CET form 2021 on the official website on June 8. The last date for MHT CET online registration is July 7 without a late fee. The MHT CET application fee is Rs 800 for general category candidates from Maharashtra, outside Maharashtra state (OMS) and J&K migrant candidates. The application fee is Rs 600 for candidates of backward class categories of SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC and EWS and persons with disability belonging only to Maharashtra. However, candidates can fill MHT CET 2021 application form from July 8 to 15 with a late fee of Rs 500.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra conducts MHT CET as a screening test for admissions to first year of full-time degree courses in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and PharmD.
