MHT CET CAP 2025: Registration deadline extended till July 14, document verification by July 15

MHT CAP Counselling 2025: The provisional merit list will be out on July 18. Grievances can be submitted from July 19 to 21 with supporting documents.
The Common Entrance Test (CET) cell, Maharashtra, has once again extended the registration deadline for the MHT Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2025 for engineering admissions. Eligible candidates can now apply for the MHT CET CAP counselling 2025 till July 14, 5 pm, through the official website at fe2025.mahacet.org.
According to the latest notification, “Registration of Application Form has been extended to 14-07-2025 05:00 PM.” The document verification process, which is part of the registration, has also been extended by a day and will now be conducted till July 15, 5 pm.
Earlier, the MHT CET CAP registration 2025 deadline was first set as July 8 and later extended to July 11, then to July 12. This is now the third extension issued by the CET cell. The application fee for general category candidates is Rs 1,000. For the reserved category, PWD, orphan, and transgender candidates from Maharashtra, the fee is Rs 800.

MHT CET CAP 2025: Provisional merit list on July 18
As per the revised schedule, applications submitted after July 14, 2025, will be considered only for non-CAP seats. Similarly, any application confirmed by the scrutiny centre or facilitation centre after July 15, 2025, will also fall under the non-CAP category.
The CET cell will release the MHT CET CAP provisional merit list 2025 on July 18, 2025, through the official website. Candidates who find any discrepancies in the displayed data can raise grievances from July 19 to July 21. Candidates are required to upload supporting documents to substantiate their claims for correction or concession. The final merit list for Maharashtra State and All India candidates will be published on July 24, 2025.
