The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has revised the MHT CET CAP 2026 counselling seat acceptance fee for engineering courses effective from the academic year 2026-27 onwards. As per the State Cell’s notice, the MHT CET CAP 2026 seat acceptance fee will be charged based on the number of times a seat is allotted across the four rounds of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

Students who will be allotted MHT CET 2026 CAP seats in BE or BTech courses will have to pay a non-refundable seat acceptance fee to confirm their admission.

For MHT CET CAP 2026 BTech counselling , if a student accepts a seat in a particular round and also accepts a seat through the 'Betterment' process in a later round, they will have to pay the seat acceptance fee applicable at that time for the new seat allotment.

According to the MHT CET CAP 2026 engineering schedule, the final merit list will be published on July 24 on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.
