MP MTech Counselling 2024: Round 2 seat allotment result out on dte.mponline.gov.in

NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Madhya Pradesh, has announced the seat allotment results for the Madhya Pradesh Masters of Technology (MTech) round 2 counselling 2024 today, September 9. Candidates who completed the choice filling form can download the MP MTech 2024 round 2 seat allotment letter from the official website, dte.mponline.gov.in.
Candidates must enter their application number and password to log in and download the MP MTech seat allotment letter 2024. The deadline for downloading the allotment letter and completing document verification at the allotted institute is September 9.
According to the official notice, candidates are allotted seats based on their Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score, college preference, seat availability, and qualifying exam score.
MP MTech Admission 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements for admission. The MP MTech 2024 eligibility criteria are outlined below:

Candidates must be Indian nationals.

Candidates must have completed graduation in a relevant field of engineering or technology with at least 50% marks.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree of at least four years duration.

Candidates must have a valid GATE score.

After the second round's allocation based on a valid GATE score, any remaining seats will be allocated based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination. For institution-level counselling, the merit list will be prepared based on the candidates present on September 12, between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm, with admissions granted according to the merit list.
In case, seats are still vacant after this counselling, another round will take place from September 13 to September 15, 2024, with candidates required to be present on September 15, 2024, starting at 10:30 am.
