Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh will end the choice filling process for National Eligibility Entrance Test - Undergraduate (MP NEET UG) 2024 counselling tomorrow, September 22. Candidates will be able to fill choices for MP NEET UG 2024 counselling through the official website, mpneet.gov.in.
Following the registration deadline, the MP NEET UG 2024 seat allotment result will be announced on September 25. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the MP NEET UG seat allotment result 2024.
The MP NEET UG 2024 counselling is being held for admission to MBBS, BDS programmes in medical, dental colleges through NEET UG exam.
“This is for information to all the participating candidates of second round that MCC has extended UG counselling second round schedule and the allotment is scheduled for 19.09.2024. In view of the above, the MP State NEET UG counselling second round choice filling and locking is extended up to 22.09.2024 (11:59 PM),” read an official notice.

Shortlisted candidates will have to report to the allotted college from September 27 to October 4 for document verification round. Candidates who do not report to the allotted college within the stipulated deadline, their admission will be cancelled.
MP NEET UG 2024 Counselling: Documents required
For the MP NEET UG 2024 counseling verification round, candidates will need to bring the following documents:
- NEET 2024 Admit Card.
- NEET 2024 Scorecard.
- Class 10 Marksheet & Certificate (as proof of date of birth).
- Class 12 Marksheet & Certificate (for qualification eligibility).
- Domicile Certificate (for MP state candidates).
- Category Certificate (if applicable: SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
- Income Certificate (for EWS/OBC-NCL candidates).
- PwD Certificate (if applicable).
- Character Certificate.
- Migration/Transfer Certificate.
- Allotment Letter (if applicable after seat allotment).
- Passport Size Photographs (as per specifications).
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.).
- Gap Certificate (if applicable).
Candidates must carry both originals and self-attested photocopies of the documents for the verification process.
