MTET 2025: The directorate of educational research and training (DERT) has declared the Meghalaya Teacher Eligibility Test (MTET) 2025 result today, June 16. Candidates who appeared for MTET paper 1 (lower primary) and paper 2 (upper primary) can now check their results on the official website, megeducation.gov.in. A total of 61.56% qualified for the lower primary level paper.
For the MTET 2025 upper primary level (paper 2), a total of 63.23% of candidates have qualified, of which 7,674 passed and 12,136 appeared. For the lower primary level (paper 1), a total of 8,581 candidates qualified, and 13,940 had appeared for the exam. The MTET 2025 exam for both lower and upper primary was held on April 25.
The steps to download the MTET 2025 result are as follows.
For the upper primary level, the highest pass percentage was at the Sohra district with 78.80%, and for the lower primary level Shillong had the highest pass percentage of 78.08%.
