Mumbai University UG Admissions 2026: 1st merit list on May 26, registration ends today

The University of Mumbai will close the registration process for undergraduate (UG) admissions for the academic session 2026–27 today, May 21. Students who want to take admission in first-year non-professional degree programmes must complete the application process at earliest to avoid last-minute glitch. Registration started on May 6 through the university’s centralised admission portal for courses including Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), and Bachelor of Science (BSc). One can also apply for specialised programmes including data science, aeronautics, film studies, nautical science, and forensic science.

To complete the application process, students need to register using a valid email ID and mobile number, fill in personal and academic details, upload scanned documents, pay the application fee online, and submit the form.
Documents required for applying
Applicants will be required to upload scanned copies of essential documents during the admission process. These include Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, a passport-size photograph, scanned signature, valid ID proof, category certificate (if applicable), and migration or transfer certificate.
