NEW DELHI: The first paper of the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2023 exam will be held tomorrow on April 21, 2023. Candidates should download the exam hall ticket from the official website of NATA at nata.in. Ahead of the exam, the guidelines and paper pattern for NATA 2023 have been mentioned here.

The NATA 2023 exam will take place in two sessions. Session 1 will begin from 10 am and will end at 1 pm. Session 2 will be conducted from 2:30 pm till 5:30 pm.

NATA 2023: Paper pattern
The NATA 2023 exam will comprise Multiple choice questions (MCQs), Multiple select questions (MSQs), preferential choice type (PCQ) questions, Match the following type (MFQ) questions and numerical answer type (NAQ) questions. Each paper will be held for a duration of three hours.
NATA 2023: Exam Day Guidelines
The candidates about to take the NATA 2023 exam will have to follow the guidelines for the paper as given below.
- All candidates about to appear in the exam should report to the exam centre at least an hour prior to the commencement of the exam.

The examinees will mandatorily be required to carry a hard copy of their hall tickets and a valid government issued photo ID proof for verification purposes.

No candidate will be allowed to exit the exam hall before the exam concludes.

Use of unfair means or malpractices such as cheating, copying etc will lead to the cancellation of candidature.

Candidates should not carry devices such as cell phones, earphones, tablets, bluetooth devices, speakers, electronic chips, or study material such as books, notebooks etc inside the exam hall.

Strict adherence to Covid-appropriate behaviour is a must at all times at the exam centre.
NATA exam is held thrice a year for admission to Bachelor's of architecture (BArch) programmes offered by participating institutions of the country,
