NEW DELHI: The registration for National Awards to Teachers (NAT) 2022 will end today, July 12. Eligible teachers can register and self-nominate themselves on the official website – nationalawardstoteachers.education.gov.in.

“Today is the last day to register for #NAT2022. Some of the finest teachers will be honoured with the distinguished award on forthcoming Teachers Day,” the Ministry of Education said in a tweet.

Steps to apply
Accordingly, the schedule for NAT 2022 has been revised. Teachers can check their eligibility for the award on the official website. President Ram Nath Kovind will felicitate the teachers selected for the award on the occasion of Teachers Day 2022.

“The purpose of National Awards to Teachers is to celebrate the unique contribution of some of the finest teachers in the country and to honor those teachers who through their commitment and industry have not only improved the quality of school education but also enriched the lives of their students,” said the official website of NAT.
