NBEMS updates exam calendar; NEET-SS on Dec 11, 12, DrNB finals revised, NEET-PG, FMGE dates retained

NBEMS releases fresh tentative schedule for postgraduate medical exams; revised DrNB sessions notified while DNB, diploma, NEET-PG and FMGE timelines remain unchanged
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued an updated tentative calendar for its forthcoming examination cycle. The board has revised dates for several postgraduate medical exams and also outlined the provisional schedule for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Super Speciality (NEET-SS) 2026.
The revised programme also includes Doctorate of National Board (DrNB) final examinations, Diplomate of National Board (DNB) finals, NBEMS diploma exams, Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) and NEET-PG, while also notifying the expected NEET-SS examination window.
The tentative schedule for holding the DrNB final examinations for trainees of the concerned batches, as mentioned in the notice dated April 10, 2026, has now been revised as follows:

NBEMS has, however, underlined that the entire calendar remains tentative at this stage and exact examination dates will be formally confirmed through individual information bulletins to be uploaded later on its official website.
