Download NowNEW DELHI: The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) will declare the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) results on May 24. As per the latest update, the Nagaland Board has announced the NBSE HSLC, HSSLC mark sheet release date and compartment eligibility criteria. Students will be able to check their marks in Class 10 and 12 from the official website, nbsenl.edu.in.
The provisional results of Nagaland Board HSLC, HSSLC will be declared on May 24 in the afternoon, the NBSE informed. Along with the NBSE Class 10th, 12th result date, the board has also announced the official websites where the results will be hosted.
The soft copy of the NBSE HSLC, HSSLC mark sheet 2023 for all the districts will be issued on May 29 and 30 during office hours. “All Centre Superintendents are requested to collect the documents for their respective centres without fail. In case, a Centre Superintendent cannot come, he/she can duly authorize another Centre Superintendent who is coming to collect the documents on his or her behalf,” the latest circular read.
In line with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), the NBSE introduced improvement exams and compartment exams for HSLC and HSSLC students from this year. The “needs improvement” subjects will be placed under the “optional subjects” in the NBSE HSLC marksheet-cum-certificate 2023. The qualified subjects will be placed separately. The modification has been done “to overcome the issues where queries are put forward to students that they have not passed all subjects that they have opted for”, the board said.
Those students who secured “needs improvement” in three subjects or less will be eligible for compartment exams. Their NBSE HSLC results 2023 marksheet will have “eligible for compartment” written on it.
