NDA 1 2021 exam analysis: Check difficulty level for Maths and expected cutoff

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has successfully conducted the Maths exam for National Defense Academy (NDA) on April 18, 2021. The exam is being conducted for two subjects Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). UPSC NDA 2021 for Maths was conducted in OMR sheet pen and paper-based mode. All COVID-19 guidelines were followed at the exam centre. Candidates with the NDA admit card and original photo ID were only allowed to appear in the exam. COVID-19 protocols issued by the government like wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and individual hand sanitisers for candidates were also followed. The GAT paper will be held from 2 pm.
NDA 2021: Highlights
The exam was conducted in offline mode.
Objective type questions were asked for the exam.
The NDA question paper was in bilingual - English and Hindi, baring the questions which were from English subjects.
There will be a total of 270 questions out of which 120 questions were from mathematics and 150 questions will be from the General Ability Test section. The total marks are 900.
There was negative marking in the exam.
The qualifying marks of the NDA GAT and Mathematics paper is 25%.
