NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be releasing the NEET 2021 application form shortly on its official website at neet.nta.nic.in . The Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, on Monday, said that the NEET registration will start today from 5 pm. The union minister also announced the NEET 2021 exam date to be September 12. Students will be able to register for the examination online post-releasing of NEET application forms for 2021 .

Students looking forward to applying for the NEET exam 2021 can follow the below-listed steps to fill the application form.

Go to the official NTA website at neet.nta.nic.in .

Click on the ‘Fill application form’ link

Start NEET registration by entering the name, contact details, identification number

Fill in the remaining personal, academic and contact details, choose the exam cities, dress code and others

Upload the scanned copies of relevant documents
-
Pay the NEET application fee in online mode

Print the NEET acknowledgement receipt for future reference.
Documents required for NEET 2021 application
Below are the documents required for filling the application form of NEET 2021:
1. Aadhaar Card details
2. Class 10 and Class 12 certificates
3. Any one valid government-issued identification number (Passport Number, ration card number, bank account)
4. Scanned documents - passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph
5. Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI payment gateway details for online payment
NEET-UG 2021 will be conducted in pen-paper mode in 11 languages including English and Hindi.
