NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, or NEET 2021 application form has been released at neet.nta.nic.in. The link to register for the medical exam has been provided below. The authorities have also released the information brochure of NEET 2021 mentioning the details on the syllabus, eligibility criteria, reservation, application fee for NEET 2021 and more. Meanwhile, students on social media platforms are requesting the education minister and the NTA to postpone the NEET UG till October.

As per the latest update on NEET application form 2021, the official website to fill the form, neet.nta.nic.in is showing "Website currently under Maintenence".
NTA will open the correction window facility for candidates to rectify an error (if any) in their NEET 2021 application form from August 11 to 14 till 2 PM. Since only a few selected fields can be edited through the NEET correction window facility, students are advised to fill their applications carefully.
As per the revised schedule, NTA will be closing the NEET UG 2021 registration and application filling process today. Aspirants can fill the NEET 2021 form till 9:30 pm and the registration fee can be paid until 11:50 pm.

Candidates will be able to pay the fee for NEET 2021 through Debit/Credit/ Net Banking or Unified Payment Interface (UPI) using State Bank of India/Syndicate Bank/ICICI Bank/HDFC Bank/Paytm service provider.

NTA will begin the registrations for NEET 2021 at 5 pm today. With only a few hours left for the release of the NEET 2021 application form, candidates must keep all the important documents ready.

In a notice released on March 12, 2021, the NTA had mentioned that NEET 2021 scores may be used for admission to BSc Nursing and BSc Life Sciences courses. JIPMER, Puducherry and Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has notified that B.Sc. Nursing admission will be done through NEET 2021. As per the JIPMER official notification, "the admission to B.Sc. Nursing and allied health science courses at JIPMER for admission year 2021-22 will be based on merit score of NEET UG 2021." No separate entrance exam will be conducted.
The education minister on Twitter said about the release of NEET application form on July 13 from 5 pm. He also said that the COVID-19 protocols will be followed. Face masks will be provided at the centre. Staggered entry and exit, contactless registration, proper sanitisation, social distancing and other guidelines will be ensured strictly. Furthermore, the minister also stated that to ensure the safe conduct of the exam, NEET 2021 exam cities has also been increased.
To ensure adherence to COVID-19 protocols, face mask will be provided to all candidates at the centre. Staggered time slots during entry and exit, contactless registration, proper sanitisation, seating with social distancing etc. will also be ensured.
