NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET 2021 application form soon. The application form of NEET 2021 will be available on the NEET official website - ntaneet.nic.in. After the release of the NEET form, aspirants fulfilling the eligibility criteria can register before the last date.

On March 12, NTA released the official notification announcing NEET 2021 exam date , August 1. As per the official notice, the NTA will also release the NEET 2021 information brochure PDF along with the application form.
NEET Application Form: Must-know details
To appear for NEET 2021 exam, eligible aspirants have to complete NTA NEET 2021 registration on or before the last date. The NEET application process comprises five steps which include NEET registration 2021, filling of the application form, uploading scanned images, payment of application fees, and taking a printout of the confirmation page.
Documents and details required for NEET application form 2021
These are the documents required for the application process:

Identity card: IDs such as Aadhaar card, ration card, bank account passbook, passport, or any other government photo ID card.

Personal details: Personal and communication details such as the candidate and parents’ name, date of birth, permanent and corresponding addresses, active email ID, and mobile number.

Images: Scanned images of recent passport size photograph, postcard size photograph, signature, and left thumb impression.

On the basis of NEET registration, aspirants can appear for medical entrance test for taking admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 525 BVSc, and AH seats, including 1,899 AIIMS and 249 JIPMER seats all over India.
