NEET 2022 application process begins; here are important instructions

Download EBookNEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) will be held on July 17 in 13 languages by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The NEET registration process has begun on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. The NEET 2022 application form last date to apply is May 6.
Candidates are required to adhere to the instructions given in the NEET information bulletin . "Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified," a senior NTA official said. "Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and mobile number provided in the online application form are their own or of parents and guardians only as all information and communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered mobile number only," the official added.

NEET UG exam was held in 2021 on September 12, with more than 95 percent of registered candidates appearing for the exam. Over 15.44 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam which was conducted at 3,858 centres in 13 languages in 2021. Over 8.70 lakh candidates had qualified for the exam.
NEET 2022: Important Instructions
Candidates should follow the below-given instructions while applying for the NEET exam:
- Candidates can apply for NEET UG 2022 only through online mode at neet.nta.nic.in
- One candidate can submit only one application.
- Candidates not adhering to instructions given in the information bulletin and NTA website could be summarily disqualified.
- NTA will send all information related to NEET 2022 through the registered e-mail address or registered mobile number. Hence, candidates must ensure that they have access to the e-mail address and mobile number entered in the online application form.
