NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction facility for applicants to make changes in the NEET 2025 form. Around 26 lakh candidates are expected to have registered for the NEET UG, as per reports. The NTA will allow candidates to edit specific fields in the NEET application form 2025 from March 9 to 11 through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - undergraduate (NEET UG 2025) will be conducted on May 4. After the NEET correction window is closed, the NTA will issue the city intimation slip on April 26 and the NEET admit card 2025 on May 1.
The NTA has advised candidates to keep the following five documents with them for future correspondence.

The NTA will allow candidates to make changes in 9 fields in total. Steps to correct details in NEET UG application are given below.
Parent’s name - Candidates will be allowed to change either their father’s name and qualification or occupation or mother’s name and qualification or occupation.
6 other editable fields - .Applicants will be allowed to upload the correct educational qualification details of Class 10 and Class 12, state of eligibility, category, sub-category/ PwD, signature, number of NEET attempts.

Based on address - .On the basis of the permanent and present address, candidates will be permitted to change the exam city selection and medium of the exam. NEET UG 2025 will be conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
