Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will issue the exam city intimation slip and admit card for over 23 lakh aspirants registered for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2025) next.

The NEET UG admit card release date 2025 was announced along with the registration date. As per the schedule, the NEET UG exam city intimation slip 2025 will be uploaded on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, on April 26 and the NEET admit card will be published on May 1, three days before the exam.
Candidates who registered for the NEET exam scheduled to take place on May 4 will have to mandatorily download the hall ticket and city intimation slip and carry it to the test centre on the day of the exam. Falling to produce the NEET hall ticket will lead to cancellation of candidature.
Along with the NEET UG admit card, aspirants will also be required to duly fill the self-declaration form along with the passport size photograph; same as the one uploaded in the NEET registration form.
How will the NEET 2025 exam be?
The NTA has reverted to the pre-COVID exam format for NEET this year. Students will be given 3 hours duration to attempt 180 compulsory questions. The NEET question paper will be divided into three sections - physics, chemistry, and biology. While physics and chemistry will comprise of 45 questions each carrying 180 marks, biology, which is divided further into botany and zoology will have 90 questions carrying 390 marks.
The total marks for NEET 2025 is 720. Students should note that the single-largest exam will be conducted in pen-paper format this year as well. The NEET exam 2025 will be administered by the NTA between 2 pm to 5 pm.
As per the NEET marking scheme, every correct answer will fetch 4 marks and one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. No marks will be awarded for unattempted questions.
