Students have been asked to raise objections, if any, against the NEET UG official answer key 2025 between June 3 and 5. Along with the provisional answer key, NEET OMR sheet 2025 has been published too which displays recorded responses marked by candidates. NEET result 2025 will be declared on June 14.
Before proceeding to calculate scores using NEET score calculator 2025, candidates must recall the NEET UG exam pattern 2025 and NEET UG 2025 marking scheme.
NTA NEET 2025 was held in a pen-and-paper mode for a duration of three hours. NEET UG 2025 question paper consisted of a total of 180 multiple-choice questions including 45 each on physics, chemistry and biology. NEET total marks 2025 are 720.

As per NEET 2025 marking scheme, candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct answer while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response as there will be negative marking. No marks will be given for unanswered questions.
NEET Marks Calculator 2025: How to calculate score in exam?
The detailed and easy steps to calculate NEET UG score are as follows:
- Download the NEET UG 2025 answer key from the official website, neet.nta.nic.in
- Compare the answers marked in the NEET UG response sheet 2025 with the answers provided in the NTA answer key.
- Using the answer key and OMR sheet, calculate the total number of correct and wrong answers.
- For each correct answer, add four marks and sum up the total number. For every incorrect response, deduct one mark and deduct the final number from the total sum.
- NEET UG 2025 score = 4 * number of correct responses - 1 * number of incorrect answers
Once MBBS aspirants have calculated their NEET scores, they can use NEET rank predictor 2025 to know their probable ranks. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted NEET UG 2025 on May 4 for admission to undergraduate medical, dental, and AYUSH courses.
