NEET UG Cut-off 2025 for EWS: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - undergraduate (NEET UG 2025) on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. As per the NEET reservation policy, 10% of seats in all courses are reserved for the General category belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (GEN-EWS). NEET 2025 Results (OUT) LIVE
The NEET UG qualifying marks have been reduced this year. As per the NEET UG cut-off 2025, general category candidates should secure 50th percentile or 686–144 marks to be eligible for the MBBS, BDS admissions. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the NEET UG counselling schedule soon.
Candidates who have qualified by obtaining the minimum qualifying marks in NEET will have to register on the MCC official website, mcc.nic.in, to take part in the counselling process. This year, 12.36 lakh candidates have qualified the NEET exam.
Last year, the highest cut-off was 2927 at AIIMS Patna for EWS candidates. Scoring a rank below 10000 will increase the chances of getting admission in AIIMS Patna, Bilaspur, Deogarh, Vijaypur, and Madurai. This will also get them a rank in top government medical colleges as well.
