The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has secured the All-India Rank 1. Utkarsh Awadhiya, Krishang Joshi, Mrinal Kishore Jha and Avika Aggarwal are among those who secured top ranks in NEET UG 2025 results. NEET 2025 Results (OUT) LIVE
This year, 22,09,318 medical aspirants appeared for the NEET UG 2025 exam, and 12,36,531 candidates declared qualified. The NEET UG 2025 toppers include both male and female candidates from different states. Among female candidates, Avika Aggarwal from Delhi emerged as the topper in the NEET UG 2025 exam, securing an All-India Rank (AIR) of 5. Aashi Singh, also from Delhi, achieved AIR 12, while Badhe Siddhi Manjabapu from Maharashtra secured AIR 26.
NTA announces the NEET UG 2025 results along with lists of candidates from different categories and states. It shares the list of the top 100 candidates based on their scores. It also releases separate lists for the top 20 female candidates and the top 20 male candidates. The NEET UG 2025 toppers list also includes category-wise details for Unreserved, Other Backwards Classes–Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates. The NTA has also released a state-wise list mentioning the highest-scoring candidate from each state and Union Territory.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will now begin the All India Quota counselling for NEET UG 2025. Candidates who have secured ranks under the 15 per cent All India Quota will be eligible to participate in the centralised counselling process. MCC will release the counselling schedule, registration dates and detailed guidelines on its official website. State counselling authorities are expected to release their schedules in the coming weeks.
