Download EbookNEW DELHI: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the application form of NEET MDS 2021 on October 26, 2020. NEET MDS 2021 application form has been released at 5:00 PM. NEET MDS registration can be done till 11:55 PM of November 15, 2020. Only the eligible aspirants can register for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery - NEET MDS.
The application form can be filled in six steps, which includes registration, filling of an application form, uploading of scanned documents/certificates, choosing NEET MDS exam centres, payment of registration fee and a printout of the confirmation page. NBE has already released the NEET MDS prospectus with changes in the application fee and increase in the exam cities.
Steps to fill NEET MDS application form 2021

Registration - Go to the official website nbe.edu.in. Then enter the details in the application form such as name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, email ID and other details.

Online filling of application form - Aspirants will be provided to login using user ID and password. Then click on ‘go to application form’ button clicked and enter personal, qualification, internship and registration details.

Uploading of documents - Here, candidates need to upload their passport size photograph, signature and left thumb impression. The documents to be uploaded should be as per the specifications.

Choosing of NEET MDS exam centres - Aspirants need to select an exam city of NEET MDS 2021 in which exam will be held. The exam city needs to be chosen on the grounds of preference and convenience of aspirants.

Payment of NEET MDS application fee - As soon as the exam city is chosen, candidates will be required to click on the option for payment of application fee of NEET MDS 2021. The registration fee can be paid in online mode through credit/debit cards and net banking. The application fee has been increased from last year, which can be checked in the table below.

Printout of application form - After payment of application form, aspirants need to check the filled in details carefully. Candidates should take a printout of confirmation pages for future references.
Note - It must be noted that final selection of exam centres can be done only after the payment of fees.
What after NEET MDS 2021 application form?
After the registration process is over, candidates need to edit the application form in case of any discrepancies from November 17 to 19, 2020. While the application form images can be corrected from November 29 and 30, 2020. Only the successfully registered candidates can download NEET MDS admit card 2021 from December 9, 2020.
