"It has also been decided by the Competent Authority that the date of completion of a compulsory rotating internship for eligibility for admission to MDS courses may be fixed at July 31 2022 instead of March 31, 2022," it added.
On February 17, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) extended the deadline of internship completion for NEET PG 2022 to July 31. Candidates will be able to fill the NEET PG 2022 application as per the changes on the official website natboard.edu.in from today.
The NBE had released the NEET PG 2022 revised schedule in the first week of February. The board announced the postponement just before the Supreme Court hearing on the extension of the internship deadline. Subsequently, the NEET MDS 2022 aspirants demanded postponement and raised the internship deadline issue.
The decision by the ministry of health came after the All India Dental Students' Association and BDS aspirants have been demanding justice and requested the Centre to defer NEET MDS 2022.
