NEET MDS counselling 2025 round 2 registration begins at mcc.nic.in; seat allotment result on July 16

NEET MDS Round 2 Counselling 2025: The choice filling and locking process will be conducted from July 13 to 16, 2025.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has begun the counselling registrations for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Master of Dental Surgery 2025 (NEET MDS) round 2 today, July 12. Eligible medical aspirants who have not registers in round 1 can register for the NEET MDS round 2 counselling 2025 through the official website at mcc.nic.in.
The NEET MDS round 2 counselling 2025 registration window will remain open till July 15. Candidates who either resigned or did not report after seat allotment in round 1 are not required to re-register. NEET MDS round 2 will also include a fresh choice filling and locking process.
The choice filling and locking process for NEET MDS counselling round 2 will be conducted from July 13 to 16, 2025. During this period, registered candidates can select and prioritise their preferred medical or dental colleges and courses through the official portal.

NEET MDS Round 2 Counselling 2025: Registration fee, security deposit
To register for the NEET MDS 2025 counselling, candidates applying under the All India Quota (AIQ) will have to make a payment based on their category, with unreserved and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 1,000 along with a refundable security deposit of Rs 25,000.
Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories will have to pay Rs 500 as the non-refundable fee and Rs 10,000 as the refundable security deposit.
The result for round 2 will be published on the MCC website, following which candidates will have to physically report at the allotted medical or dental college or institute with original documents. The result of NEET MDS counselling round 2 will be declared on July 18, 2025. Candidates allotted seats in this round will be required to report to their respective medical or dental colleges between July 19 and 27, 2025.
