“The NEET-PG 2022 online application form is being updated accordingly and the changes in application form will be effected by 18.02.2022 (3PM onwards),” the notice added.
The Supreme Court on February 8 heard the plea seeking extension of the NEET PG 2022 internship deadline and said it cannot interfere since it's a "policy domain". However, the top court asked medical aspirants to make a representation before the Centre seeking an extension of the May 31 deadline to complete the internship since they were in COVID duties in 2021.
The petition filed before the apex court referred to the statement made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 3 last year to postpone NEET-PG 2021 by at least four months and the fact that the services of final year MBBS doctors will be utilised to handle mild Covid cases.
After the Centre postponed NEET PG 2022, the NBE released the revised schedule . As per the new NEET PG 2022 dates, the medical entrance examination will now be conducted on May 21. Candidates can now apply for the NEET PG 2022 exam till March 25, 2022, at nbe.edu.in.
"For any query, please contact NBEMS Candidate Care Support at 022 – 61087595 or write to NBEMS at Email ID: helpdesknbeexam@natboard.edu.in," NBE notice said.
