Use NowNEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to announce the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 counselling schedule soon. Candidates who qualified the NEET PG exam will be able to register for NEET PG 2024 counselling through the official website, mcc.nic.in. The NEET PG 2024 counselling is likely to begin in the second week of September 2024.
The NEET PG result was declared on August 23, 2024 at natboard.edu.in. MCC will conduct 4 rounds of All India Quota counselling for NEET PG qualified candidates: round 1, round 2, mop-up round and stray vacancy round.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the NEET PG 2024 result.
During the NEET PG counselling 2024 , candidates will need to register, pay the required fees, and select their preferred courses and colleges. Admission will be granted based on the choices made, NEET PG 2024 rank, and seat availability.
NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Total seats
Through the NEET PG 2024 counselling, 26,168 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,649 Master of Surgery (MS), 922 PG Diploma, and 1,338 DNB CET seats will be allocated. A total of 6,102 colleges and 649 hospitals are set to participate in the NEET PG 2024 counselling.

The NEET PG 2024 exam was conducted on August 11, 2024. The exam was held in two shifts at 416 locations in 170 cities across the country. Approximately 2,28,540 candidates appeared for the NEET PG 2024 exam. The NEET PG 2024 exam was held online in computer-based mode.
