NEET PG 2025: UP, Uttarakhand, West Bengal begin round 2 counselling; state-wise schedule

The registrations for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET PG) 2025 counselling round 2 for Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Uttarakhand and other states have begun today.

Eligible candidates, seeking admissions to MD, MS, DNB and post graduate diploma courses at various govt and private medical colleges across Uttar Pradesh can register for NEET PG 2025 counselling round 2 through the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), UP’s official website at upneet.gov.in.

The DMET will host the UP NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling registration window until December 15. Candidates are required to enter their login details such as roll number and email ID to register for the counselling session.

Notably, those who have graduated with an MBBS degree from Aligarh Muslim University or Banaras Hindu University are not eligible for government state quota seats.

Candidates from outside the UP state are only eligible for admission to private medical colleges across the state. The registration fee for UP NEET PG 2025 round 2 is Rs 3,000 and for stray vacancy round, the charges are Rs 2,000.

The UP NEET PG 2025 security fee for admission to government medical colleges amounts to Rs 30,000, while for private medical institutes, the fee is Rs 2 lakh and for private dental colleges, its Rs 1 lakh.

West Bengal, Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 Counselling

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has also started WB NEET PG 2025 counselling for round 2 today. Candidates can register for the counselling round 2 through the official website at wbmcc.nic.in by December 13.

The committee will declare the seat matrix for WB NEET PG 2025 counselling round 2 on December 16 and as per the seat matrix, eligible candidates will be able to access choice filling and locking until December 18.

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has also commenced the UK NEET PG 2025 counselling round 2 registrations for admission to MD, MS, DNB and post graduate diploma courses. Candidates can register through the official website at hnbumu.ac.in using their NEET roll number and date of birth.

The UK NEET PG 2025 counselling round 2 registration facility is open until December 15 and the provisional seat matrix will be declared on December 16.

The registration fee for round 2 is Rs 6,500. The UK NEET PG 2025 counselling round 2 is being conducted for admission to 50% AIQ seats and 50% state quota seats.
