NEET PG counselling round 3 registration ends today at mcc.nic.in; choice filling process

Download nowNEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will close the registration window for the NEET PG counselling 2023 round 3 at 12 noon today on the official website, mcc.nic.in.
Eligible candidates will be able to fill their preferred programmes and colleges and lock these till 11:59 PM today. The National Eligibilty-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) PG round 3 counselling seat result will be declared on September 28.
Candidates allotted seats in the round 3 of NEET PG 2023 counselling will have to report at the allotted colleges between September 29 and October 6, following which the stray vacancy round will commence.

The NEET PG 2023 counselling is held to admit students for admission to 50% seats under all India quota (AIQ) and 100% seats in deemed and central universities and ESIC institutes. For 100% seats in deemed and central universities, MCC also conducts an additional mop-up round after the second round of NEET PG counselling.
NEET PG counselling security deposit
Students of unreserved categories applying for AIQ seats and in central universities will have to submit Rs 1,000 non-refundable registration fee and security deposit of Rs 25,000. Candidates belonging from SC, ST, OBC and PwD categories can register by paying Rs 500 while they have to deposit Rs 10,000 as security.
Those applying for deemed universities will have to deposit Rs 5,000 registration fee and Rs 2,00,000 security amount.
How to do choice filling in NEET PG counselling?
- Visit the official website, mcc.nic.in
- Login using stream (medical/dental), roll number and password
- Start filling your choices of course and college for NEET PG seat allotment
- To add a new choice click on the ‘+’ button
- To rearrange the order of any choice, drag the choice to the desired position
- Once satisfied with the choices filled, click on ‘save and next’ to lock the choices.
- If a candidate forgets to lock the choices filled, they will be automatically locked.
- Take a print out of filled choices for future reference.
