NEET retest answer key 2024, OMR answer sheet issued; challenge by 11 pm today

Download EBookNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the retest answer key for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for undergraduate (NEET UG 2024). The NEET retest 2024 was conducted for a total of 1,563 candidates who were awarded grace marks after the declaration of results due to loss of time on the scheduled exam date on May 5. The NEET provisional answer key 2024 was issued along with the response sheet and question paper at the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
Candidates have been allowed to challenge the NEET retest answer key and scanned OMR sheets from June 28 to June 29 by 11 pm. A total of 750 students out of the 1,563 candidates skipped the re-exam . The NEET retest question paper had 50 questions each in physics, chemistry, botany, and zoology.
The NEET answer key and OMR answer sheet can be challenged by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 200, the NTA said. To facilitate the candidates, a scanned image of the OMR answer sheet has been sent on the registered e-mail address given by candidates during the application process.
“The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ Paytm by 29 June 2024 (up to 11:00 P.M.). No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The Challenges will not be accepted through any other mode,” the NTA said.
“For further clarification related to NEET (UG) – 2024, the candidates can also contact 011-40759000 or email at neet@nta.ac.in,” it added.
Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts before preparing the final answer key and results. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the answer key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly.
