NEET SS 2023 application correction window open; edit by August 21

NEW DELHI : The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened the window to edit the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Super Specialty courses (NEET SS) 2023 today, August 19 at 3 pm. Registered candidates can modify their NEET SS 2023 application form on the official website, nbe.edu.in. The last date to make changes is August 21 till 11:55 pm.
“All such candidates who have successfully submitted their applications for NEET-SS 2023 and made the payment of examination fee during application submission window shall be allowed to edit their applications during 19th August 2023 (3PM onwards) to 21st August 2023 (till 11:55 PM). No new application can be registered during this edit window,” said NBEMS in an official notice.

The board said that candidates can edit any information in the application for except the following details:
- Name of the candidate
- Email ID
- Mobile Number
- Nationality
- Test City
“The information can be edited any number of times before submitting the edited application form. Changes will be effected after submitting the form. However, once the edited application form is submitted, no further changes shall be permissible even during the edit window,” the board added.
NBEMS further informed that if a candidate decides to add an additional paper in NEET SS 2023 while editing the application form, he or she will have to pay the fee for each paper online. Whereas, in case a candidate decides to reduce the number of chosen papers for which he or she has already paid the exam fee during the registration, the balance fee will be refunded after the exam.
“Such candidates shall be required to raise a request on the Communication Web Portal (CWP) along with a copy of their final NEET-SS 2023 application form,” it said.
