NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will commence the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Super Specialty (NEET SS 2023) today, September 29. The exam will be conducted for admission to super speciality courses till September 30.

NBE will conduct the entrance test in two shifts – morning shift from 9 AM to 11:30 AM and afternoon shift from 2 PM to 4:30 PM.

As per the NEET SS 2023 exam pattern, there will be a total of 150 questions in the test. The duration of NEET SS exam 2023 is two and a half hours. Candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct answer whereas one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer, according to the marking scheme.

Students will have to carry their NEET SS admit card 2023 to the examination centre which is available on the official website of NBEMS, nbe.edu.in.

The exam day guidelines for candidates are as follows:

  • Candidates are required to report at the ‘Reporting Counter’ of the test venue as per the time indicated in their admit cards.
  • Candidates reporting late or beyond the prescribed time will not be allowed to appear in the exam under any circumstances.
  • Friends or relatives accompanying the candidates will not be allowed entry in the exam centre premises under any circumstances and will not be allowed to contact the candidate while the examination process is ongoing.
  • Identity checks will be carried out upon arrival at the test centre to ensure that there are no unauthorized candidates appearing for the exam

Students will have to bring the following documents to the exam centre:

  • Printed copy of barcoded or QR coded admit card with candidate’s photograph pasted on it
  • Photocopy of permanent SMC, MCI, NMC registration, to be retained by the test centre
  • Any one of the government-issued photo IDs: PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, or Aadhaar Card (with Photograph)
