NEET UG 2022 Latest Updates: Answer key soon at neet.nta.nic.in; result date, re-exam details

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2022) answer key, result date on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Medical aspirants will be able to check their NEET UG 2022 result by September 7, while the NEET UG 2022 answer key can be expected to be out soon.

As per the latest update by the NTA, the NEET UG answer key 2022 will be released by tomorrow, August 30, and the NEET UG result date 2022 is September 7. The NTA has also announced to conduct NEET re-exam for candidates affected in Kerala’s Kollam district on September 4, 2022. The candidates were allegedly forced to remove innerwear during the frisking before the medical entrance exam.

In addition, affected candidates of two centres in Rajasthan, two in Madhya Pradesh and one in Uttar Pradesh will also get an additional chance to attempt NEET UG 2022.

The NEET UG 2022 provisional answer keys, scanned images of OMR answer sheet and recorded responses will be uploaded on the website neet.nta.nic.in for candidates to challenge by August 30, 2022, the official notice read.

Applicants will have to pay Rs 200 for each answer key challenge and Rs 200 for recorded response challenge. The processing fee is non-refundable. The NTA will also send the scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet to the registered e-mail address of the candidates.

The NTA will be declaring NEET 2022 results for a total of 18,72,343 candidates who appeared at 3,570 different exam centres located in 497 cities.

Candidates who appeared in the medical entrance exam 2022 will be able to download the NEET UG answer key 2022 by following the steps given below.

• Visit the NTA NEET 2022 official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
• Click on the ‘NEET answer key 2022 download link’.
• NEET 2022 answer key PDF will appear on the screen.
• Download the final answer key of the NEET UG 2022 exam.
• Question number and the correct response will be mentioned in the NEET UG 2022 answer key.
• Download and keep it for future reference.
