Download EBookNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 till March 16. Interested candidates can register for NEET UG 2024 exam through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.
Earlier, the NEET UG 2024 registration window was to close today at 9 pm. However, the NTA extended the registration deadline after receiving representations from the candidates. Candidates will be able to submit the NEET UG application fees 2024 till March 16.
"Registration for the online application forms of NEET UG 2024 has been ongoing since 9 February 2024. During this time we have received representations from stakeholders regarding the changes in NEET UG 2024 and the extension of the registration window", NTA notification read.

NEET UG 2024 on May 5
As per the schedule, the NEET UG 2024 exam will be conducted on May 5 for a duration of 3 hours 20 minutes. The exam will be held from 2 pm to 5:20 pm. As per the reports, over 21 lakh candidates have registered for NEET UG 2024 so far.
According to NTA, the dates for correction window, advance city intimation slip, admit cards, and declaration of result will be displayed on the NEET UG official website in due course of time.
"Candidates should note that this is a one-time opportunity, so they are advised to use it carefully as no further chance will be given for applying for NEET UG 2024", NTA notice added.
