Enrol NowNEW DELHI: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has revised the syllabus for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test -undergraduate (NEET UG 2024). The revised syllabus has been uploaded on the NMC official website, nmc.org.in, after the approval from the Undergraduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB).
NEET UG 2024 exam will be conducted on May 5 for admission to MBBS, BDS and other UG medical courses. It is the single largest exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
The NMC recommends NEET UG syllabus after reviewing various state boards as well as CBSE, NCERT syllabi.
As per the exam pattern, NEET question paper will have two sections - Section A will consist of 35 questions and Section B will have 15 questions, out of which candidates can choose to attempt any 10 questions.
"The stakeholders are advised to refer to the updated syllabus for NEET (UG)-2024 for the preparation of the study material and for preparation of NEET (UG) examinations for academic session 2024-25," the NMC said.
