NEET UG 2025 registration begins on neet.nta.nic.in; steps to fill application form

Download EBookNEW DELHI : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET) 2025 today. As per the latest update, students can now apply for NEET UG 2025 through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The exam will be held on May 4, 2025. NEET UG 2025 live updates
Candidates will have to register for the NEET UG 2025 and then fill in the application form. Candidates who fulfill the NEET UG 2025 eligibility criteria will be able to fill out the NEET UG 2025 application form.
Previously, the candidates needed to register themselves using their APAAR IDs during the NEET registration. However, NTA has clarified that APAAR ID is not mandatory for NEET UG 2025 registration .
Candidates will have to upload all the required documents in the prescribed format to apply for the NEET UG 2025. The NEET UG 2025 exam will be held in pen-paper format and only in a single shift. The exam duration will be three hours.

How to register for NEET UG 2025?
Candidates can follow the steps to fill in the NEET UG 2025 application form given below.
- Candidates will have to click on the NEET UG 2025 application form link available on the website, neet.nta.nic.in.
- Candidates will have to enter their details such as their name, parent’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, category, mobile number, email address, etc, and security code as displayed on the screen.
- Create a password, enter a security question, and choose an answer. Candidates are advised to keep their security questions and answer saved, in case candidates forget them.
- After registration, a provisional application number will be generated. Keep it safe for future logins.
- Candidates must verify all the details by clicking on each section.
- Once the NEET UG registration is completed, candidates will have to log in using their provisional registration details, such as registration number and password.
- Fill in the remaining details of the NEET UG 2025 application form.
- After completing the application form, upload all the required documents in the required format such as passport photograph, signature, left thumb impression, etc.
- After uploading all the documents, pay the NEET 2025 application fee. The fee can be paid in an online mode only.
- Once the application fee is paid, a NEET PDF or receipt will be generated. Once the receipt is generated, it means the fee has been submitted successfully. Keep the receipt safe for future reference.
