NEET UG Counselling 2023: Top government medical colleges in India; MBBS seats, closing ranks
The MCC will start the NEET UG counselling 2023 registration from July 20 to 25. Know the total number of MBBS seats in top government colleges.

NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - undergraduate (NEET UG 2023) counselling registration will begin on July 20. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will be also publishing the seat matrix for NEET UG counselling round 1 after the registration begins on the official website, mcc.nic.in. Those candidates who qualified NEET UG 2023 exam will be able to participate in the MCC NEET UG counselling for MBBS admission. While the competition for MBBS, BDS is high, the seat allotment is based on NEET UG score, preference made by the candidates, seat availability and previous NEET UG cut-off ranks.
Students will have to keep their NEET UG application number, domicile certificate and necessary documents handy before the counselling registration begins. The fee for the counselling differs for different categories. Students will have to complete a four step process - registration, payment of fees, choice filling, uploading documents - to be considered for the admission.

NEET UG 2023 cut-offs for government medical colleges
The MCC will be conducting counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Students who are interested in taking admission in the top government colleges can check the number of seats available and the closing ranks of last year from the table below.
