NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) informed students that no resignation will be accepted after round-2 of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG, PG counselling 2021.

“MCC is receiving several requests from the candidates regarding resignation of seats from allotted College, institutes from their joined seats in 2nd round…However, it is re-iterated to all the participating candidates that no resignation are allowed once the candidate is a part of round 2 of counselling conducted by MCC,” the Committee said in an official notice.
MCC advised colleges taking resignation offline to abstain from doing so as such vacant seats allowing through offline resignation will not be included in further rounds of counselling.
According to the new changes in AIQ counselling introduced by MCC from this year onwards, no candidate will be allowed to resign after Round-1. However, MCC allowed Round-1 candidates to resign till 4pm of February 15 for UG seats and 4pm of February 3 for PG seats.
