NEET UG state quota counselling 2025 begins in these states for 85% MBBS, BDS seats

States such as Tamil Nadu, Assam, Telangana, Punjab have commenced the NEET UG counselling 2025 process for the 85% state quota seats in MBBS, BDS programmes in medical and dental colleges for the academic session 2025-26. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has notified the NEET UG state quota counselling schedule 2025 on the official website, mcc.nic.in.

While MCC will conduct the all India medical counselling 2025 for 15% AIQ seats in states and 100% seats in central universities, the state-specific medical education departments will hold the state counselling for NEET UG 2025 candidates.

As per the NEET UG state counselling schedule 2025, there will be four rounds of admissions – round 1, round 2, round 3, and stray vacancy round. The first round will be conducted from July 30 to August 6.

For UP NEET UG counselling 2025 , the Director General of Medical Education (DGME) has notified the fee structure for BDS programmes in non-minority private dental colleges.

The registration for Telangana NEET UG counselling 2025 has begun and eligible candidates can apply on tsmedadm.tsche.in by July 25.

Punjab NEET UG 2025 counselling registration has also started on bfuhs.ac.in. Eligible students can apply for undergraduate medical, dental courses by July 24.

Assam NEET UG counselling 2025 round 1 will start on July 24 and the seat allotment result will be declared on August 6.
