Download EBookNEW DELHI, DECEMBER 28- National Institute of Design is going to conduct NID DAT 2020 in offline mode on December 29 from 10 am to 1 pm at various centres across India. As students are gearing up for the exam, knowing the important guidelines to be followed on the exam day will save them from falling prey to any hassle. Here are some exam day guidelines for candidates who are appearing for NID DAT entrance exam.

NID DAT Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates should reach the exam centre on the reporting time (8:30 a.m.) They should note that the gate of the exam centre will be closed 30 minutes prior to commencement of the exam.

No candidates will be allowed entry after closing of the gate under any circumstances.

Any one of the following ID proofs should be carried by students for verification purpose - Voter ID card, PAN card, driving license, passport, Aadhar card or student ID issued by current school.

In case , candidates do not have any of the aforementioned ID proofs, they can get both part A and B of the admit card by the principal of their school or a Gazetted officer.

Candidates without original ID proof will not be allowed to take the exam.

Carrying the following items is mandatory for examination purpose - lead pencils, colors, eraser, sharpener, and ruler.

No candidates will be allowed to leave the centre before the end of the exam.
NID DAT 2020 result will be declared in online mode on March 19, 2020. The qualified candidates in the prelims stage will be eligible to appear for the mains, which will be conducted from April 29, to May 3, 2020.
