Download NowNEW DELHI: The National Institute of Design (NID) has announced the NID Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT) M.Des 2022 mains exam dates. As per the latest notice released at admissions.nid.edu, the NID DAT mains exam will be held from June 6 to June 24, 2022, from 9 am to 12 noon. Candidates who are eligible to appear for NID DAT mains 2022 are advised to download the NID DAT admit card for the M.Des mains examination (studio test) from the official website.

The NID DAT 2022 mains exam for the M.Des programme will be conducted in hybrid mode. The NID DAT mains exam consists of a studio test and an interview. The studio test will be conducted offline at NID's respective campuses and the interviews will be conducted online.

NID DAT mains 2022: Important instructions

It is mandatory for the students to appear for the online interviews and the studio test (both) in order to qualify for the final stage of M.Des admission.

Rescheduling of the NID DAT 2022 studio test will not be entertained.

It is the candidate's sole responsibility to download and print the NID DAT admit card for the studio test.

The students are also required to bring the hard copy of the NID DAT mains admit card along with the photo id proofs, as mentioned in the NID DAT 2022 admit card for the studio test.

Only the aspirants will be allowed entry into the examination campus. Friends/ parents/ relatives shall not be allowed to enter the NID DAT campuses.

Appearance to the NID entrance exam (mains) or being listed for the next stage of the admissions process does not guarantee automatic entitlement to NID admission 2022.
