Download NowNEW DELHI: The National Institute of Fashion Technology has opened the NIFT 2021 counselling registration window, today, June 29 at 10 am. Candidates can register online for NIFT counselling at nift.ac.in till July 5, 2021. NIFT 2021 counselling is being conducted to fill a total of 4,517 seats in undergraduate and postgraduate design courses.

Enter the login credentials - application number and date of birth

Click on the ‘Submit’ button

Provide the required information

Upload the documents as specified

NIFT 2021 Counselling - Other details
The NIFT official will verify the successfully submitted documents and registration fees. The verified candidates will receive a Zoom Meeting link on their registered email id along with the date and time of counselling and further instructions.
If the NIFT officials find any issues in the submitted documents and fees then the registration for NIFT counselling will be rejected. In such cases, students will receive remarks for correction. Candidates can re-upload the documents or reprocess the fee according to the rejection remark within the stipulated time given on the website. If candidates fail to re-submit the remark within the specified time then his/her registration for counselling will be cancelled. Such candidates will be able to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling if any.
Seat Request Generation
The registered candidates have to attend the NIFT counselling 2021 on the scheduled date at the received ZOOM meeting link. Candidates will be shown the seat chart according to their preference using the screen sharing feature of Zoom Meeting. Once candidates accept the seat, NIFT officials will allot the seat and forward it to NIFT HO for approval. After the final approval from HO, the option to download the allotment letter will be available in the candidate registration portal.
