NMAT 2021 Registration: Know eligibility and step-by-step application process

NEW DELHI - The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) has started the NMAT 2021 application process on August 3. Management aspirants can fill the NMAT registration form on the official website- register.nmat.org. The NMAT application window will close on November 10. Prior to filling the NMIMS NMAT 2021 application form, applicants are advised to check and meet the eligibility criteria. Also, they must keep required documents ready with them before beginning with the NMAT by GMAC registration.

At the time of NMAT 2021 registration, candidates will have to pay the NMAT exam fee of Rs 2300/-. Candidates can make payment via online mode by using a Credit/ debit card or net banking. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will conduct NMAT 2021 from October 14 to December 27. Candidates can attempt the NMAT entrance test three times (one main attempt and two retakes) for a better score.

NMAT Eligibility Criteria 2021

• Candidates must have completed their graduation in the pattern of 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 from any stream

• Candidates should have secured 50 percent marks in total aggregate

• Those who are waiting for their result for the final year of graduation or pursuing the same are also eligible to apply for NMAT 2021

• There is no age bar to appear for the NMAT entrance test

• Work experience- At the time of admission, the candidates having prior work experience of two to three years are preferred. Though candidates having no work experience are equally eligible to apply for NMAT 2021.

Candidates are advised to keep the following documents ready with them before filling the application form of NMAT 2021.

• Name, address, DOB, and category details

• Class X, XII, Graduation, and other academic certificates

• Scanned copy of photograph and signature

• Credit/ debit card or net banking details

• Valid email address and mobile phone number

How to fill NMAT 2021 application form?

Candidates can follow the provided steps while filling the NMAT registration form and submit it successfully.

Step 1- Firstly, visit the official website of NMAT 2021 and click on the “Register Now” tab to generate NMAT login details

Step 2- Already registered candidates can login by entering Email ID and Password

Step 3- After registration, candidates will get a mail on provided email ID, open it, and click on the “Click here” button

Step 4- Now, candidates will be redirected to NMAT 2021 registration dashboard

Step 5- Here, click on Yes/ No radio button after that click on the “Update Preference” tab

Step 6- Now, candidates will be redirected to the NMAT registration dashboard where you will have to click on the “Register Now/ Continue” tab to fill NMAT application form

Step 7- Here, enter all required personal details and upload a photograph in NMAT application form and click on the Next Button

Step 8- Fill the contact information here and click on the “Next” tab

Step 9- Now, provide Education/ Work experience details

Step 10- Choose school preference

Step 11- Now, fill the “additional information” form

Step 12- Next, in the declaration form here, click on the “I Agree” tab and enter the Name and date

Step 13- Then, click on the “Submit & Make Payment” tab

Step 14- Lastly, pay the application fee by using a credit/ debit card or net banking

What after NMAT 2021 exam

The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will release NMAT 2021 exam results in online mode after completion of the test. For example, if a candidate appears for the NMAT exam on October 14 then they will get their result on October 16. If a candidate is not satisfied with their NMAT result then in such a case they can re-take the NMAT exam and make their performance better.
