Backlash on the decision undertaken
People have not been welcoming on the aforementioned decision taken by the Union Government of cancelling ESIC reservations for NEET admission. It is being seen as a stab on the backs of ESI workers who have been receiving less than Rs. 20,000 as salary and donating the rest amount to the hospitals. According to reports the Member of Parliament from Coimbatore constituency, PR Natarajan, has condemned this act of the government and urged the latter to revoke this decision.
