No NEET PG answer key 2025; When will NBEMS declare results? Here’s what we know so far

NEET PG result date 2025 has not been announced officially. However, some speculate that the NBEMS may declare results on September 3, while others suggest it could be between August 11 and 28.

Use NowThe National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will not publish the answer key for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG 2025). As a proprietary exam conducted and owned by NBEMS, candidates are explicitly prohibited from sharing the exam content in any form.
The NEET PG 2025 exam for admission into MD, MS, postgraduate diploma courses was conducted on August 3. Over 2.4 lakh candidates appeared this year.
Aspirants have been demanding for greater transparency in the NEET PG exam, citing discrepancies in the merit lists used for state-level counselling. Some students have even approached the Supreme Court seeking clarity in the exam and counselling process.
Although the Supreme Court directed the NBEMS to disclose the answer key and raw marks of students, the NBE has not yet announced its decision on the same. Notably, this is one among the 10 issued by the top court to uphold the integrity of the exam.
NBEMS rules on NEET PG 2025 exam content
The NBE has strictly prohibited candidates from sharing the exam content with friends, acquaintances, or third parties, including sharing through social media or other online means. Social media includes but is not limited to SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, ‘X’, You Tube, Blogs etc. using either one’s own account or proxy account(s).
“NEET-PG is a proprietary examination and is conducted only by NBEMS . The contents of this exam are confidential, proprietary and are owned by NBEMS.” the board said.
It also stated that by registering or appearing in the NEET PG exam, candidates “explicitly agree” to the “Non-Disclosure Agreement” and general terms of use contained in the information bulletin.
It also warned candidates of penal action and cancellation of candidature if any rule is violated.

When will NEET PG result 2025 be declared?
The NBEMS directly announces the NEET PG result after the exam. Last year, the result was declared within 12 days after the exam. This year, the board is yet to announce the NEET PG result date 205.
The brochure still has the old schedule. According to which, the result will be declared one month after the exam. Based on which, several reports speculate that the NBEMS may declare the NEET PG results on September 3. While some reported that the results will be out between August 11 and 28.

NEET PG cut-off percentile
The NEET PG cut-off percentile initially set at 50th percentile for General and EWS, 45th for General-PwD, and 40th for OBC, SC, and ST; was later reduced to 15th and 10th respectively. It was further reduced to 5th percentile to fill vacant seats last year.
The NEET PG cut-off 2025 will be declared along with the results on the official website, natboard.edu.in.
