The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 2 admit cards for candidates scheduled to appear on April 2 and 4. Meanwhile, the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 (April session) for Paper 1 (BE,BTech) will be conducted from April 2 to April 8, in two shifts each day. From April 2, the exams will be held in shift 1 (9 AM to 12 PM) and shift 2 (3 PM to 6 PM).
As per the NTA guidelines, candidates must arrive at the examination centre at least one hour before gate closure, as no entry will be allowed after that. The reporting and gate closing timings are 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM for the morning shift and 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM for the afternoon shift.
Candidates can follow the below steps to download their admit cards;
Visit the official portal: Open the JEE Main website at jeemain.nta.nic.in using a reliable browser and internet connection.
Find the admit card link: On the homepage, look for the link labelled “JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Admit Card” and click on it.
Enter login credentials: Provide your application number, date of birth, and the displayed security pin correctly to access your account.
Access and download: After submitting the details, your admit card will appear on the screen. Carefully check all details and download it in PDF format.
Print copies: Take at least 2–3 clear printouts on A4-size paper to carry to the exam centre and keep as backup for future use.

Candidates should carefully check all key details on the admit card, including their name and roll number, the exam date, timing, and allotted shift, as well as the address of the examination centre. It is also important to verify that the photograph and signature are clearly visible and correctly printed.
