NCET 2025: Eligible candidates can apply for the NCET through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2025 tomorrow, March 31. Eligible candidates can apply for the NCET 2025 through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in.
The NCET 2025 exam will be held on April 29 in a computer-based test mode.
Candidates from the general category will have to pay Rs 1,200, and OBC-NCL and EWS category candidates will have to pay Rs 1,000. Other category candidates will have to pay Rs 650 as registration fee.
The exam is conducted for admission to the four year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in central and state institutions.
Candidates who have passed Class 12 exams or equivalent are eligible to appear for the NCET exam. There’s no maximum age limit for applicants to register for the NCET 2025 exam.
Candidates are required to download the NCET admit card, self-declaration form, two passport size photographs, valid ID proof, and PwD certificate (if applicable) to the examination centre.
Candidates will be given 180 minutes to complete the exam, and there will be 160 questions in total in the NCET paper. As per the NCET marking scheme, candidates will be given four marks for each correct answer, and a negative marking of one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
NCET exam will be held in various mediums, including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
